Supreme Court Lambasts AP Govt For Filing Petition!

Update: 2022-11-07 11:45 GMT
The Andhra Pradesh government getting lambasted in the Supreme Court is not a new thing and the government faced such experiences a few times. Yet again the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government was slammed by the Apex Court and was asked what makes the sarkar move the court for every small thing.

Hearing a petition filed by the Andhra Pradesh government seeking the cancellation of bail given to former Minister Narayana in Inner Ring Road Alignment, the Supreme Court said it cannot cancel the petition and made some key comments on the government.

Reports say that the Supreme Court told the Andhra Pradesh government that the investigating agencies should move the court if the accused is not cooperating with them and asked what the government is showing interest in.

Talking about the procedure, the Supreme Court is believed to have told the government to make them part of the political Vendetta. There is a point in the Supreme Court's observations. Usually, the probe agencies which are dealing with the cases follow the procedure and move courts against the accused if they have any issues. This is the steady procedure.

But the government is going the other way. The petition filed by the government in this is seen from a political lens from the observers as former Minister Narayana is from the opposition Telugu Desam Party. During the paper leakage issue too, the government tried hard to frame him.
