Supreme Court shocks Jagan Mohan Reddy!

Update: 2020-03-17 05:05 GMT
The AP government which has moved the Supreme Court to counter the AP state Election Commissioner Nimmmagadda Ramesh Kumar's decision to postpone the local body polls in the wake of the spread of the COVID-19 faced a jolt with the additional registrar at the Supreme Court announcing that the court will not take up any case today.

Earlier the registrar has issued the list of cases the apex court will hear today including the petition filed by the AP government. But with the deadly Coronavirus spreading rapidly in the country the apex court has decided to not hear any cases.

The Supreme Court has postponed the petition to the 19th of this month after hearing the petition filed by the AP government to permit them to go ahead with the elections as per the old schedule.

Jagan is not happy with the EC declaring the news of the postponement of the polls without informing them. He has accused that Mr. Ramesh has joined hands with former CM Chandrababu Naidu and working as per his instructions.
