Telangana Congress leader and MP from Bhongir constituency Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has been vocal about the alleged coal mine scams these days. Recently, he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to look into the alleged irregularities at the Naini coal mines.
Now the MP took his fight to the national capital Delhi and raised his voice against the same. Saying that the alleged coal mines scam would benefit CM KCR, the MP sought an answer from the Chief Minister on this.
Not just demanding a response from the Chief Minister, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy also said that he had complained to PM Modi against CM KCR on the scams. I donât fear anyone and I won't change my stand for anyone, he said.
On this occasion, the MP also said false information is being circulated on him on social media and expressed his dissatisfaction over the posts as they question his hard work. My character is being assassinated with this news, he alleged.
The firebrand leader said that he has some principles and values and he follows a simple rule Okate Maata okate bata( One Word and one path). I have told that after I die I should be wrapped in tricolor, he said.
During the media interaction, the MP even busted the news that things are not going well within the Telangana Congress. Komatireddy said that, unlike the news that is being spread, leaders are working very well with each other and the party will come to power in the state in the coming elections.
