It is here that they can make the Government go on its knees. So, Chandrababu has directed all the MLCs to be present in the council without fail. But, herein lies the catch. The bill that would come up for discussion is a finance bill and the council has no right to send it back. Nod or no nod, the bill will be carried through. So, what will the TDP achieve in this short session? Pretty much nothing.
