TDP Heading Towards ZERO, 2 MLAs To Jump!

Telangana TDP managed to win only two out 13 Assembly Segments offered by Congress as part of the seat sharing. And now, The 35-Year-Old Party is on the verge of losing the two Legislators as well.

M Nageswara Rao from Aswaraopeta and Sandra Venkata Veeraiah from Sathupally won on TDP Ticket in 2018 Telangana Assembly Polls. Both these Constituencies have been in the Undivided Khammam District. TRS Leadership launched an operation to strengthen the party in Khammam District after the Assembly Polls.

As per media reports, Sathupally MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah contacted Nageswara Rao to discuss about the plans to shift loyalties to the Ruling Party. Sandra claims to have received the proposal from a TRS Leader.

After the reports went viral, Sandra denied having any plans to quit TDP. However, Nageswara Rao disclosed that he was invited by Sandra to Khammam for holding discussions. 'Sandra discussed with Me about the defection to TRS, but I don't want to quit TDP,' he said..
