TDP Leader and brother get a sigh of relief in High Court!

After cases were filed against them in Allagadda, former Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya and her brother Bhuma Vikyath Reddy had knocked on the doors of the Andhra Pradesh High Court against the cases. Saying that the cases were filed without proper reasons, the sister-brother duo approached the court.

The lawyer who represented them, in this case, had told the court that the case that was filed against them had no proper grounds and the cases were filed with the sole intention of politically harassing them.

After the arguments, the High Court is said to be satisfied with this and issued directives to the concerned Police to remove the IPC sections 353, 224, 225, and 212 in the case and carry out the investigation as per the IPC section 41-A.

The case that was filed against the sister-brother duo traces back to a couple of years. After a few leaders of both YCP and TDP have clashed over an issue.

After Vikhyat is said to have barged into the police station and took the opposition party workers outside, a case under the IPC sections 353, 224, 225, and 212. The sections were now removed by the court orders.
