The TRS, it appears, is hell bent on snuffing out IPS officer Praveen Kumarâs BSP. It feels that it cannot gain complete control over Dalit votes if it cannot decimate Praveen Kumar. Now the TRS aficionados are said to be looking for all those people who are aiding and supporting Praveen Kumar. They are also trying to identify all those within the administration that have helped Praveen Kumar during his Nalgonda meeting on August 9.
There are reports that Praveen Kumar held a meeting in a hotel in Narketpally before the Nalgonda meet. Some 400 persons attended this meeting. Sources say that several Dalit officers from Telangana administration too have attended the meeting. Among them is Narketpalli Tehsildar P Radha. Sources also revealed that she has also pooled up resources for the Nalgonda meet.
The TRS government reportedly kept a tab on all those officials who attended Praveen Kumarâs meeting in Narketpalli hotel. They also found that several Dalit officers are involved in pooling up resources for the Nalgonda meet and have used their official positions to provide logistic support. The government is said to be collecting information about all such officers.
Based on the reports furnished by the intelligence wing, district collector Prashant Jeevan Patil has issued orders transferring her from Narketpalli. When P Radha came to the office on Wednesday, she was handed transfer orders. Sources say Radha accepted the transfer orders without any protest and got herself relieved from duties.
