The Election Commission on Monday issued the notification for Assembly Polls scheduled to happen in Telangana on December 7th, 2018.
EC will accept the nominations from November 12th to 19th.
November 20th will the date for scrutiny of nominations.
November 22nd is the last date for withdrawal of nominations
Polling is on December 7th
Counting of votes polled is going to happen on December 11th
As per EC, There are 2.73 lakh Voters in Telangana. Which means, a sharp decline of around 9 lakh was recorded.
32,574 Polling Stations will be established for voting. The count might even increase depending on the necessity.
Election Commission imposed close to one month-long ban on Exit Polls from November 12th in all the five poll-bound states.
CM KCR issued B-Forms to TRS MLA Candidates already. He is likely to file the nomination from Gajwel Constituency on November 14th. Grand Alliance comprising of Congress, TDP, TJS and CPI is yet to announce candidates. BJP, on the other hand, announced 66 MLA Candidates so far.
