Maha Kutami is like a battlefield these days with blasts after blasts happening everywhere. There is dissidence. There is rebellion...There is discontent everywhere. Now to top it, the leaders and cadres from the TDP and the Congress are now criticising their bosses for "selling" tickets. They said that the leaders have sold the tickets to highest bidders without taking into account the winnability factor. What is more worrisome for the political leaders is that this time around the Maha Kutami ticket aspirants are coming up with video clips showing the underhand dealings. They are directly accusing PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy, state Congress incharge Kunthia, screening committee chairperson Bhaktacharan Das and other key leaders. Some dissidents like Serilingampalli ex MLA Bikshapathi Yadav, Medchal aspirant Jangaiah Yadav are among those who have made such allegations. Sabitha Indrareddy's son Karthik Reddy too has alleged that TTDP chief L Ramana has sold the Rajendranagar ticket for money. Similarly, LB Nagar ticket aspirant Sama Rangareddy too has accused two TDP leaders of taking money to allocate party ticket.
All these point out that the ticket allocation issue has the potential to upset the apple cart of Maha Kutami.
