Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao who is not leaving any stone unturned to develop the state approved crucial decisions during the state cabinet meeting.
At the meeting, the cabinet decided to extend the IT corridor all over Hyderabad rather than focusing on a particular area and those who come up to set up new IT firms will be given incentives.
The cabinet approved the GriD policy to spread the IT sector in the areas of East (Uppal, Pocharam), North (Kompally), and South (RGIA, Shamshabad, and Adibhatla and North-West (Kollur/Osmansagar).
Telangana reported 18 percent growth in the IT exports when compared to that of last year, the government gave a thought of setting up IT firs in areas other than the western part of Hyderabad.
