At the time when the entire state is mourning the death of Legendary Actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao, An MLA has levelled allegations against the filmy family in the state Assembly.
P Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Congress MLA from Telangana, accused Akkineni family of encroaching the lands in Hyderabad in the name of Annapurna Studios. He also reminded it was a Telanganite Paidi Jairaj who received Dada Saheb Phalke award in the year 1980, much before Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
May be, Vishnuvardhan Reddy failed to realise ANR was instrumental in bringing TFI to Hyderabad and this move has provided enough job opportunities for the people of AP, including Telanganites. Making allegations on a great actor like ANR on the same day he passed away in unacceptable.
