Telangana State To Re Open Liquor Shops Likely

Following the center giving its nod to allow the states to reopen the liquor shops which were closed ever since the nationwide lockdown announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi states like Andhra, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh decided to start the liquor sales.

Now it has been widely reported that Telanagana state also decided to start the liquor sales to boost the economy which went through tough since the Janata Curfew was imposed in the state on the 22nd of March.

The state cabinet which will chair a meeting under the leadership of CM KCR will take a call on the lockdown along with the liquor sales as the second phase of lockdown will come to an end on the 7th of May.

It's interesting to know how the state government takes a call on this as the state health department earlier said that there should be no relaxations in Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medchal and Vikarabad districts with these areas reported the most number of cases

The cabinet meeting which will be held at the Pragathi Bhavan at 2 pm tomorrow gained a lot of importance on whether the government will extend the lockdown or lift the existing lockdown.

It has been widely reported that the state government might take a call on the relaxations for the IT and IT-related industries so that the state economy gets back to the normal situation.
