The ongoing Coronavirus continues to ring the danger bells in Telangana as the cases are increasing rapidly. With over 2,700 fresh cases reported the total toll rose to over 1.27-lakh.
As per the information provided by the media bulletin, Telangana reported as many as 2,734 cases in the last 24 hours. With this, the total infections of the virus zoomed to 1,27,697.
On a brighter note, 2,325 patients managed to recover from the ongoing pandemic in a single day taking the total recoveries in the state to 95,162. There are 31,699 active cases in the state.
In the past 24 hours, 9 patients succumbed to the dreaded virus while the total fatalities in connection with the ongoing pandemic in the state mounted to 836.
GHMC continues to be the worst-affected region in the state as the region reported 347 fresh cases followed by Ranga Reddy(212), Nalgonda(191), Nizamabad(144), and Medchal(112).
