Sources in the TDP Government inform, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has called off his plan to shifting Employees from Hyderabad to Temporary Capital by June this year. He is now of the opinion forcing the Employees to move to Capital Region without providing proper office space and residential quarters could prove counter productive and work efficiency takes a beating.
TDP Government may delay the shifting of Employees by 4 Years and that means till the completion of first phase of AP Capital. Its because of this reason Satya Vani Projects and Consultants Private Limited (SVPCPL) which was chosen to prepare master plan and construct the Temporary Capital didn't receive any directions from State Government to kickstart the construction work.
Speaking on the issue, Chandrababu commented that he is willing to work under a tree in the capital but providing quarters to 20,000 employees takes some time. He also advised Singapore to include AP Employee Offices and Residential Quarters in Phase 1 of the Master Plan.
