India stopped international flights much before others did and quarantined all those coming from abroad. This has significantly reduced the spread of the Corona virus. What more, Modi also implemented the lockdown across the country. This has reduced the community spread. While advanced countries with great infrastructure like the US, Spain and Italy are languishing with cases, India is better off in controlling the virus.
