Actor-politician Vijayakanth has been admitted to the hospital once again. The DMDK chief was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai on September 22 with mild coronavirus symptoms.
He recovered from the virus and was discharged from the hospital on October 2. However, Vijaykanth has been admitted to the hospital again on Tuesday evening.
According to reports, the hospital authorities claimed that he has been called in for a routine check-up. DMDK has also released a press release, asking people not to believe in any kind of rumours and that the DMDK chief is perfectly healthy. Reports suggest that the veteran actor is likely to be discharged today from the hospital.
