A lion share of youth and young people are working in one or the other job across the globe. Jobs come with a salary, benefits, and a hell lot of tension on work, which in turn returns in affecting mental tensions of the young working class.

The problems in the Reproductive system and the Human Fertility among young couple is increasing rapidly across the globe at an alarming rate. Their food habits, unhealthy lifestyle, and mental tensions are the main reasons for this.

Well, the concerns pertaining to these problems are not done yet. Well-known epidemiologist Shanna Swan shed light on problems of falling sperm counts and other fertility problems.

Shanna Swan attributed the presence of chemicals in consumer products and urged all the nations in the world to focus on restricting these harmful substances.

A research paper, Shanna Swan of the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City co-authored has found out that, from 1973 to 2011, sperm count in men among the  industrialized world fell by not less than 60 percent

If the same conditions continue to prevail, by 2045, the sperm count in men reaches the zero level. This indicates that no reproduction will take place after reaching the zero point.

The efforts on the hormonal system triggered by the chemical substances in consumer goods, and problems like obesity, smoking, and alcohol are the major reason for this, the research paper stated.

In an interview, the epidemiologist went on to say that, several chemicals like phthalates, widely used in toys, medical devices, upholstered furniture, mattresses, carpets, are causing a great threat to mankind right under the nose.

My concern is that no one is aware of these problems. My aim to create awareness among people to stay out of these chemicals and pressure the governments to take a tough call on banning these substances, she said.
