YouTube is not just a mere entertainment platform anymore. The span and reach of the platform increased exponentially. Many actors and directors in the industries across the languages are from YouTube backgrounds. Common people are also using the platform to display their skills like cooking, decoration, and others.

From entertainment to infotainment, YouTube also emerged as a bigger player. Just like the OTT platforms, we can find web series on YouTube as well.

The north is seeing more and more YouTubers coming forward with unique content and series. In particular, Chhattisgarh's Raipur emerged as a big name when it comes to YouTubers. The capital city has dozens of channels run by locals and they offer a variety of content on their channels.

Reports say that Tulasi village is slowly merging as a paradise for the YouTubers. Though the village enjoys a bunch of noted YouTubers, it was two people who started this. After seeing the duo, more and more people are coming forward.

Almost 30 percent of the villagers are YouTubers and a few earn thousands as income every month. Gyanendra Shukla and Jai Verma introduced the world of YouTube to the Tulasi village and then there is no looking back since then.

Moreover, Chhattisgarh has always had a problem with Naxals and Tulasi village even has a good number of women creators and actors. YouTube also provided a good platform for women to shine big and show the world what they are capable of.
