Ace filmmaker Harish Shankar welcomes the elections results in all the four states (Delhi, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan) which has put an end to Congress rule for the next five years.
"Am not into any political party, have least knowledge in politics. Still somehow these results are very refreshing Don't know why," comments Harish Shankar.
Out of the four states, Congress was in power in two of them until recently, It failed to retain and regain power in all of the four states which is said to be the Semi Finals for the upcoming general elections. This shows people o the country weren't unhappy with the policies of the UPA Government. Issues like rise of crime rate, corruption and inflation have played the spoilsport for UPA.
