Update: 2017-01-31 07:34 GMT
US President Donald Trump fired Attorney General Sally Yates, appointed by Obama's administration, after she defied his immigration ban on seven Muslim-majority Countries.

In a statement issued by White House, Sally Yates was accused of betraying the Department of Justice by refusing to implement the order which was passed to protect US Citizens. The acting Attorney General was also blamed for being weak on border issues and illegal immigration.

White House informed Federal Prosecutor Dana Boente will serve as acting Attorney General until Senate confirms appointment of Jeff Sessions as the new Attorney General. With this move, Trump sent an indication that nobody who defies his orders will be spared.

Trump's next target would be Work Visa Programmes, be it H1B or L1 Visas. Apart from imposing restrictions on H1B Visas, He might end Employment Authorisation Cards to spouses of Foreign Nationals.
