TS High Court Is Not Happy With The Government Ignoring The Orders

The Telangana High Court which has been finding fault with the way, the Telangana government led by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is handling the crisis in the state created by the ongoing pandemic again slammed the government in this regard.

The court with a displeasure tone termed the way the government is ignoring the orders as unfortunate as no court order was implemented in the state since the 8th of June.

High Court expressed its shock on why the state government is finding it difficult to implement the orders issued by the court in regard to the changes in the health bulletin.

Earlier the High Court directed the state government to include details like the availability of beds, ventilators, and the ICU beds in the state-run hospitals which the government is not following.

The bench went on to say that, the Court wants to ask the state Chief Secretary(CS) why the government is not following the orders issued by the High Court.
