In the wake of India going through the Unlock 4.0 phase, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the guidelines for the phase and permitted more activities to resume the operations.
The center also permitted the states to resume inter-state transportation and left the option of resuming the bus operations with the respective states.
Despite no restrictions, Telugu states- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are struggling to come on terms to resume the inter-state transportation. Talks held by the RTC officials of states didn't yield fruitfully.
The problem is that the ideas proposed by one state is not pleasing the other state.TSRTC wants to increase the number of services to Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad.
However, APSRTC came forward to decrease the number of kilometers run by the buses in Telangana, but TSRTC didn't agree to that.
If the deadlock between the states regarding inter-state transportation continues, the public will be going to suffer.
