UK Strain Fear: 15 Britain Returnees Tests Covid Positive In Hyderabad!

Tension gripped the pearl city Hyderabad as the Coronavirus positive patients among the United Kingdom returnees are increasing with each day passing, raising many fears and concerns.

As per the information, so far a total of fifteen persons who returned from the United Kingdom to India have found positive for the novel Coronavirus. These infections were detected in the tests conducted as part of the new rules.

Since the through and fro flight services to the United Kingdom were resumed, five flights have landed in Hyderabad from Britain. 15 of the UK returnees have come in contact with the pandemic.

After the fifteen infections were detected in the city, the concerned authorities have swung into action and started tracing the contacts who might have come in contact with the positive patients.

As a precautionary measure, the authorities have sent the other passengers in three rows in front and behind the Positive patients to the quarantine facility to see that the virus is not spread further.

The airport authorities have tested all the passengers who came to Hyderabad from the United Kingdom. So far, not less than 300 returnees of the UK were sent to the quarantine facility.

Looking at the Coronavirus infections in Telangana, 147 fresh infections were reported in the past 24 hours taking the total toll of infections to  2,93,737. So far, 1,593 patients have succumbed to the pandemic.
