Undavalli Arun Kumar conducted All-Party Meeting to discuss about the injustice done to Andhra Pradesh with bifurcation and improper implementation of AP Reorganisation Act 2014. Two Ministers & Two Officials took part in the meeting as representatives of the TDP Government. Pawan Kalyan, Thota Chandrasekhar and Madasu Gangadhar took part in the meeting on behalf of JSP. While YCP refused to take part in the meeting with TDP, CPM decided not to attend the meeting because of BJP's participation. CPI Ramakrishna and Aam Admi Party took part in the meeting.
Addressing media post the meeting, Undavalli said: 'Thought of holding the meeting for one-and-a-half hour but it continued for so long. I had to conclude it as Pawan was supposed to catch the flight and even media might leave if I make them wait for some more time. Thankful to PK for bringing glamour to the meeting with his arrival'.
Finally, Undavalli told the agenda behind the meeting is to bring unity among the parties in AP to fight for the interests of the state after 2019 Elections. 'Bifurcation happened in an unconstitutional manner. Even the AP Reorganisation Act 2014 wasn't implemented properly. If we doesn't fight back, It will send a wrong signal to the Delhi Rulers. They could take us for granted assuming Andhrites lack the fighting spirit to question the injustice. Whichever party might form the government, All the existing parties should work with a common agenda whenever injustice happens to the state,' he maintained.
