Update: 2016-10-29 11:38 GMT
A new twist to the sensational Cash-for-Vote case came in the form of the petition filed by Undavalli Arun Kumar. The former MP moved an implied petition in the Hyderabad High Court seeking permission to include his name as one of the complainant in the case.

Undavalli points out charge sheet of Cash-for-Vote case has clearly mentioned the name of AP Chandrababu Naidu many times without notifying if he is a witness or accused. He stressed that anybody is equal in the court of law and one shouldn't be spared just because of his position.

Chandrababu Naidu has sought a stay on the investigation into Cash-for-Vote case recently. The petition filed by Undavalli will be a new headache for the AP CM.

Undavalli himself told on many occasions that Chandrababu can't be punished as there is no clear proof about his involvement in cash-for-vote scam. No one knows, why he moved the petition now & what is he trying to prove!
