The Samaikyandhra movement in Andhra and Rayalseema regions is creating an unpleasant situation and hatred feeling between the Mega fans who were now divided into two groups. While a section of fans have been criticizing Chiranjeevi for not resigning in support of the United AP, others have been supporting the decision of the actor-turned politician to fight for achieving the Union Territory or Permanent Joint Capital status to Hyderabad.
On Sunday, Incidents like damaging the flexis of Yevadu and pamphlets quoting Chiru has gone missing have happened in few areas of Seemandhra region, protesting against Megastar's decision to continue as the Union Minister. The fans even warned that they wouldn't allow the screening of any of the movies from Chiru's family unless he submits the resignation.
On the contrary, Fans in few areas of Andhra and Rayalseema came in support of Chiranjeevi who promised to resign when he is not able to achieve Union Territory or Permanent Capital status. Stating that politics and cinema are different, they pledged to ensure that the films of Mega heroes runs smoothly in all the territories of the region.
This is the first of its kind situation and a huge trouble is in the offing if not handled carefully.
