Uttar Pradesh which is one of the most affected states of the novel coronavirus in the country took one more step to combat the dreaded COVID-19 and stop the virus from spreading further.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that till the 30th of June no public gatherings will be allowed in Uttar Pradesh and strict actions will be taken on the violations of these norms.
The Chief Minister's Office(CMO) of Uttar Pradesh took to Twitter to convey the message of Yogi Adityanath to the public of the state.
"The chief minister has directed officers that no public gathering be allowed till June 30. Further decision will be taken depending on the situation," CMO's tweet read.
