Noted Indian Actress Urmila Matondkar started her political career by joining the Congress party last year. However, the actress faced a brutal shock with the election result.
Now it is believed that 46-year-old Urmila Matondkar is all set to take the second step in her political career by joining the right-wing Marathi party Shiv Sena, which formed the government with the alliance.
The Maharashtra media quoted Shiv Sena leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Raut as saying, the actor will wear the party's shawl on the first of December, i.e, tomorrow.
It has to be noted that the Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi government has reportedly forwarded the names of 12 people, including Urmila Matondkar for the upper house nomination.
She will join the Shiv Sena party allegedly tomorrow in the presence of the Shiv Sena Chief and Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya Thackeray.
