Donald Trump filed lawsuits in three states, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia to seek directives to halt the vote counting. The votes polled in these states are favoring Joe Biden.

Making the polls more interesting the elections witnessed a surge in votes polled compared to the previous polls. Given the pandemic times, many voters have opted to cast mail-in ballots.

The Trump campaign went on to say that in Georgia, ballots were added to the late illegally even after the polls-time came to an end.
