US Visas: 28% up for India, 40% down for Pak!

Unexpectedly, The count of Non-Immigrant US Visas issued to Indians has only increased by 28 Percent in March and April this year. While 97,925 visas were offered to Indians in March, About 87,049 visas had been granted in April 2017.

In 2016, Indians received 72,082 non-immigrant visas each month on an average. This year, There is an increase of 28 percent after Donald Trump became US President.

Whereas, There is a significant decline of 40 percent when it comes to US Visas issued to Pakistanis during the same period. While 3,973 Visas were received by Pakistanis in March, About 3,925 visas had been served in the month of April.

Monthly average of Visas issued to Pakistanis last year stood at 6,553. Whereas, Total Visas issued by Obama Administration in 2016 were 78,637.
