United States is all set to deport Illegal Immigrants to their respective countries from October 1st, 2018. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued a statement confirming that Foreigners who's visa period had expired need to be prepared to leave America. Notice To Appear (NTA) will be served to foreigners who were denied visa extension but continued to stay in the country illegally. Illegal Immigrants will have to appear before the Immigration Judge to present their side of the story.
H-1B Visa Holders have been exempted from the deportation in view of the legal issues. US rejected huge number of H-1B Visa applications recently. Which means Indians who were denied H-1B visa will have to return to their mother land from October 1st.
The USCIS will be fixing notice period for Illegal Immigrants and they will be served denial letter as well. More focus would be on the Immigrants with criminal track record.
