The transformation of Virat Kohli from chubby to super-fit has been an inspiration to many. To reach a benchmark in terms of fitness, He has given up eating his favourite food such as Butter Chicken & Mutton Rolls. No one had imagined someone who used to gorge on fast food in the early stage of his career to aim highest level of fitness.

Carbohydrates & Packaged Fruit Juices are a strict no for Kohli. He would prefer freshly made fruit juices and have coffee without sugar. He won't even eat rotis or naans. Since few years, Kohli began eating either grilled or boiled food.

Virat Kohli has got customized gym at his house. He doesn't miss workout regimen wherever he might be. The kind of discipline he developed is really marvelous.

It's because of his fitness levels, Kohli was able to convert the singles into doubles and avoiding the risk of playing big shots. That way he is mounting pressure on the Opposition and able to get best results.
