Amid strong protests and opposition parties hitting the roads with farmers demanding the government to change its decision to have three capitals, the ruling YSRCP is headstrong to apply its decision.
Recently YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy assured that Vizag will be the executive capital and many development programs will take place from the seashore city.
As a new development, the AP government has declared funds to develop the city. The government has released Rs. 394.50 crores for the city. Rs 22.50 crore was granted for establishing the Bio Mining Processing plant at Kapuluppadu.
At the same time, Rs 37 crores were granted for Kailasagiri Planetarium and Rs 80 crores were granted for Multi-Level Car parking and Trade building at Siripuram junction.
The fundâs release came days before the Cabinet meeting is yet to be announced Vizag as executive capital.
