Who killed Babai YS Vivekananda Reddy is the question that popped up in 2019 after he was found dead at his residence. In the past three years, the case went through a lot of twists and turns and the case continues to see twists. After AP CID, CBI came in to probe the matter.
Now the case saw another big twist as the Supreme Court which was supposed to give its verdict on transferring the case out of Andhra Pradesh pushed the matter to next week. The two-judge bench comprising Justice MR Shah and Justice MM Sundaresh said the same.
It is known that YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha moved the Supreme Court seeking the transfer of the case out of Andhra Pradesh as the case is not traveling at a good pace. The investigating agency CBI also supported the same, alleging that the accused and the cops joined hands.
On the other hand, the accused in the case also filed a petition seeking bail in the case. The Supreme Court also posted the petition for next week. Now we have to wait for the next week to know what the Supreme Court will decide. The suspense in the case continues further.
Sunitha has been fighting in the case alleging that she has no faith in the Andhra Pradesh government as far as the government is concerned and even accused a few members of the ruling party as the accused in the case.
