Former union minister Daggubati Purandeswari asked the people of Seemandhra to vote for BJP if they want better package.
Purandeswari accused Congress high command of not bothering to address the concerns of Seemandhra people despite several appeals from Union Ministers. She also found fault with the way Seemandhra MPs were prevented from entering the well in Lok Sabha. "I informed Sonia Gandhi about my decision to quit party if bifurcation was done," she told.
Praising Venkaiah Naidu for sincerely working to achieve better package to Seemandhra, Purandeswari appealed to people strengthen Narendra Modi's leadership for development in the new state. She opined people of Seemandhra have lost faith on Congress and its time to show the real strength of Telugu people.
