As the Assembly polls in 5 states is nearing, Top brass leaders from all the parties have been indulging in war of words to gain upper hand over their opponents. On Thursday, AICC chief Sonia Gandhi and BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi virtually came face-to-face during their campaigning in Chattisgarh.
"BJP makes promises like good governance. But, where we could find in Chattisgarh despite they being in power here. Poverty has increased in the past few years. Law & Order situation has been pathetic. Innocents have lost lives in the naval violence. People willn't prey fall to false promises this time," said Sonia.
Modi ridiculed Congress by saying National Party believes in 'doing work silently rather than speaking' by pointing out the 2G Spectrum and Coal Blocks scam. He alleged Congress is misleading the country on several issues and it's the right time to bring BJP into power.
