Was Kia Motors Episode A TDP Diversionary Tactic From IT Raids?

Update: 2020-02-07 04:08 GMT
Was the Kia Motors fake story an attempt to obscure the massive IT raids on the people close to the TDP?  Several political watchers suspect that the TDP propaganda machinery have consciously peddled the story that Kia Motors was fleeing AP only to ensure that the IT raids did not get the publicity that it actually deserves. This is a tried and tested carpet bombing strategy that most political parties resort to.

Thursday is a day that TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu wants to forget as quickly as he can. It was a day of double whammy. From the morning, there were raids on the residences and offices of the people known to be very close to both Chandrababu and his son Lokesh. Teams of officials from Delhi descended on the residences of Pendyala Srinivasa Rao, who is known to be very close to Chandrababu. Pendyala was PA to Chandrababu when he was the CM. Now, he is working in the General Administration Department of the AP secretariat. He is also known to be close to Lokesh.  Another close associate of Lokesh, Rajesh, was also raided. In another development, the residence and the offices of Kadapa district TDP president R Srinivasula Reddy were also raided. His Dwarakanagar home in Kadapa , his office in Lumbini Enclave office and the residence on Road No 13, Jubilee Hills road were raided and several key documents were seized.

As if this was not enough, the residences of the leaders belonging to two major political parties in Telangana were also raided. The two leaders own a slew of multiplexes, hospitals, educational institutions and real estate projects.  So, to cover up all these, the pro-TDP media lobby is believed to have raised the bogey of Kia Motors’ shifting.
