Telangana Government was on name changing spree and till now it has changed names to many educational institutions and places.Now they concentrated on Prestigious Nandi Awards.
Commercial tax and Cinematography minister Talasani Srinivasa Yadav today informed that they will soon change the name of Nandi awards and added that Chief Minister KCR is looking into this.
We already finalized 3 names and need to decide one among them for rechristening Nandi award name.Said Talasani
He also expressed anger on some tax evaders and said a special task force system would be in place to check tax evaders.He alleged that some of the gold shop owners in Panjagutta and Abids areas were evading taxes.He also offered one-time settlement for cases pending in courts besides regularizing the existing tax system.
Meanwhile some big heads of the Tollywood film industry met with Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Monday. According to the inside sources, industry heads explained the current problems to the minister and requested him to conduct round table meeting.
