Update: 2018-09-10 06:50 GMT
Rising fuel prices have been emptying the pockets of common man. AP's VAT on fuel is only next to Maharashtra. Still, CM Chandrababu Naidu blames Centre for fuel prices. First of all, What has TDP Government done to reduce the burden on public?

While Maharashtra levies 39.12 percent VAT on Petrol in the Capital City, 38.11 percent VAT has been collected statewide. After Maharashtra, AP charges more VAT than any other state and it's about 35.77 percent. Telangana and Tamil Nadu have been collecting a VAT of 33.71 percent and 32.16 percent respectively.

Rajasthan charges 30.80 percent VAT. Four Percent of it has been slashed to bring the prices under control. This move reduces Rs 2.5 per litre. After Rajasthan lowered the tax, Even Congress-ruled Karnataka and Punjab have been working on tax reduction. When BJP & Congress-ruled States have been trying to reduce the burden on the public, Why don't AP Government take any such measures?
