What's The Issue With Italy on COVID-19

The COVID-19 originated from Wuhan of China has left a huge impact on Italy which resulted in 1,441 deaths due to the novel coronavirus. The Civil Protection Authority said that the death toll rose to 21,157 from 17,660.

As per the latest records, Italy became the most affected nation in Europe and the second most nations worldwide to get affected by the virus next to China.

On Sunday itself Italy recorded 368 deaths from the COVID-19 outbreak which took the death toll from 1,809 to 1,441 in just one day.

Outside China, Italy is the hardest struck nation from the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to fight the spread of the Coronavirus, Italy was put on lockdown. Following this Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has referred the nation as "red zone".

 

All the public gatherings and sporting events in the country were canceled and the people were advised to stay in their houses and come out only under necessity.
