What's the issue to transfer Vivekananda's case to CBI

Update: 2020-01-30 07:25 GMT
With YS Vivekanda Reddy's daughter Suneetha moving the High Court to hand over her father's murder case to the CBI the court heard all the pleas. After hearing the case the court asked what made the State government to not hand over the case to the CBI.

The court even said that AP CM Jagan is one of the persons who filed a petition in the court to transfer the case to the CBI when he was in opposition. The next hearing was postponed to February 6th as the Advocate General(AG) was unavailable.

After Suneetha filed a petition in the court to transfer her father's case to the CBI, the court said it will hear all the pleas at once and heard the pleas today. Earlier the state government said that as the investigation of the SIT is in the last stage there is no need to transfer the case.

YS Vivekananda Reddy was found dead at his residence under doubtful circumstances. The YSRCP which was in the opposition then has alleged that this is the act of the TDP which was in power then.

With no results found in this case till now Suneetha moved the High Court to transfer the case to the CBI.
