Justice AK Sikri who was heading the 3-Member Bench hearing the petition moved by Congress against the swearing-in ceremony of BS Yeddyurappa mentioned about a WhatsApp Joke during Today's hearing. He claimed to have received a WhatsApp message about a Hotel Owner asking for CM Post while informing he have 116 MLAs. The joke refers to the Eagleton Resort in Bengaluru where Congress kept its MLAs on Thursday to prevent poaching.
