Even as AP chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is spending sleepless nights and straining his every nerve to fight off the Corona virus, most YSRCP ministers and MLAs are missing in action. Not many MLAs and even ministers are not to be seen in their constituencies.
At a time when the police and the district administration is working overtime to implement the Lockdown and provide succour to the poor and the marginalised, the party MLAs and some ministers too are not available in the state. Most of them are either in Karnataka or Hyderabad and are confined to their homes. They should actually have been seen aiding the administration in implementing the lockdown. Recently, YS Jagan enquired about the MLAs and was shocked to find that most of them are out of station and are not available to their voters.
A similar situation had developed in Telangana too. But, one warning from Telagnana chief minister KCR did the trick and all the leaders have hit the roads to monitor and supervise the relief operations.
