Why has KCR asked party leaders to follow Jeevan Reddy

TRS working president KTR is said to have been quite upset over the meek defence put up by the party leaders, including MLAs and ministers, while taking on the BJP and the Congress. With the war of words reaching a crescendo as the electioneering for Huzurabad bypoll has picked pace, the TRS is finding that its leaders are not countering the opposition attack adequately.

Both Revanth Reddy and Bandi Sanjay are at their attacking best. They are making stinging comments and the TRS has been pushed to the corner because of their comments. KTR took a serious view of the silence of the party leaders in countering the attack.  He recently told the party leaders to defend the party vigorously. He reportedly expressed dissatisfaction at the fact that only a few leaders were fighting the opposition criticism.

He asked the party leaders to follow Armoor MLA Jeevan Reddy, who has been in the forefront of countering the opposition attack .  He is said to have asked why the other MLAs were silent even when Jeevan Reddy was waging a lone battle. He asked the MLAs and even ministers to counter the opposition 'propaganda' effectively.

Sources say that some leaders had recently met KTR to apprise him of the problems being faced in their respective constituencies. However, KTR countered them on their inactivity over the blistering attack mounted by both the BJP and the Congress.
