Who Is Dragging Chiru Into Tamil Politics?

Update: 2018-01-07 06:47 GMT
After Rajinikanth expressed his willingness to enter politics, Political Opponents and Media favouring existing parties began citing Chiranjeevi as an example to target him. More than the political entry of Thalaivar, The downfall of Megastar with Praja Rajyam Party has been highlighted.

A Daily which is the mouthpiece of DMK published an article saying Chiranjeevi floated Praja Rajyam Party in 2008 with big dreams but he ended up failing as a Leader despite huge fan following and charisma. This is a clear strategy of Political Parties in Tamil Nadu to underplay the impact of Rajinikanth of the politics in the state.

Though Chiranjeevi and Rajinikanth were top stars, Their Political Careers can't be compared. While Chiru made his entry when Congress, TDP and TRS were strong enough, Rajini entered the scene when there is political vacuum after the demise of Jayalalithaa. In that way, Thalaivar has got an advantage though it's too early to say if he would succeed or not.
