Why Mumbai Airport is on High Alert?

Mumbai airport is on high alert as 112 Indians have been returning to the country from dreadful disease Ebola-hit Liberia on Tuesday.

All the required precautionary measures have been taken by the airport authorities to screen each and every person returning from Liberia by various flights. The screening happens soon after all the passengers get down from the light at Chhatrapati Shvaji International Airport.

The people who were detected with symptoms of Ebola will be shifted to hospital straightway. Disinfection of the flight will be carried out once all the passengers returning from Liberia got down from it. The next passengers who would allowed to board the flight only after 30 minutes of disinfection.
