It has once again been proved that the officials, especially the IAS officials, find it extremely difficult to get along with AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. YS Jagan's principal secretary Praveen Prakash, who was till recently considered Jagan's Man Friday, has been shunted out to the AP Bhavan in Delhi. He has now been appointed as the principal resident commissioner.
Till recently, he was Jagan's principal secretary and was also the chief of the General Administration Department.
He was regarded as the super boss. His excessive interference in matters of administration and governance have alienated several officials.
Praveen Prakash has fallen out with Jagan few months ago. When he did not comply with some of YS Jagan's orders, he was divested of the GAD principal secretary's responsibility.
Since then, Praveen Prakash was trying to go back to the Central services. But the Central Government did not empanel him for the central services. As a result, he has now shifted to Delhi through as part of the AP services cadre.
Interestingly, Praveen Prakash is on the first IAS officer to fall out with YS Jagan. Former CS LV Subramanyam too had to come out of the CMO due to differences with Jagan. Several other former officials too could not get along with YS Jagan and had to leave.
