Will Jagan shift camp office to Vizag next month?

Update: 2022-07-14 05:31 GMT
There is a strong feeling among the political class in Andhra Pradesh that chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy might go in for early polls. The reason for this opinion is that this would put the opposition TDP in a disarray and prevent the opposition parties from coming together. Another strong reason offered is that Jagan might go for early polls so that the general public do not feel the pinch of his economic policies.

YS Jagan has given a call to the party men to win all the 175 seats this time. He has indirectly indicated to the cadre that they should be ready for polls whenever they are announced.  Sources say that Jagan is all set to take another very important decision that would have far-reaching consequences on the state.

Sources say that he might have a camp office in Vizag and begin working from there. They argue that he would operate from Vizag for five days a week and would spend the remaining days in Amaravati. That would help him bring back the three-capitals issue without even bothering to bring a bill on it. It would also boost the YSRCP prospects in the North Andhra region.

Sources say that Jagan might put in place the new scheme from the first week of the next month. However, this would be only a camp office and not an administrative capital. But, he will still manage to bring the issue into the pubic discussion ad gain political mileage out of it.
