Woman gives birth on Plane, Names Baby after Airline!

Saw Ler Htu, a woman, gave birth to a baby during the flight from Singapore to Myanmar with the help of three doctors on board and crew members.

Jetstar Airlines permits pregnant women to fly till the end of their 40th week of pregnancy, particularly if the duration is less than four hours. The pregnant woman developed labour pains midway through the flight, forcing the crew to take necessary steps for the delivery process. After the delivery, The Women named her new born son after the airline 'Jetstar' out of gratitude. Weight of the baby is about six pounds, seven ounces.

The Airlines shares the news on social media and applauded its crew for special efforts. Even the passengers on board were appreciated for their co-operation in the need of the hour.

This is for the first time, A baby was delivered on Jetstar flight. The Airlines told it will provide $750 worth baby supplies to the family.
