AP Govt threatens to stop Ads for Sakshi

Update: 2017-08-21 16:50 GMT
Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu told to media on Monday that AP Government has been offering Ads to Sakshi as per the norms but it now decided to reconsider the decision citing the Media House is violating Press Council Guidelines. He alleged Sakshi has been spreading blatant lies and it's not even airing if ruling party leaders condemn those allegations. He questioned, 'On what basis, Reports that salaries of employees and priests will be slashed were telecasted?'.

Yanamala questioned whether Jagan's Family have such huge number of assets before YSR Came to power. 'When YSR was in Opposition, He moved a petition informing TDP Govt that he would sell the land in Jubilee Hills if he regularizes it. The file of YSR has come to my chamber then. How did Jagan earn those Rs 18,000 crore which were seized by Enforcement Directorate?,' he asked.

Is there a hidden agenda behind Yanamala's Monday press meet? Issuing a warning to Sakshi Media ahead of Nandyal by-poll polling a strategic move? It could be anything!
